Sky Hypnotherapy and Reiki

Hypnotherapy sessions last for 1 hour/1 hour and a half. Sessions cost £45 each. During the first session I will take in depth case history and I will teach you 'Self Hypnosis,' which is an extremely effective tool that you can use in between sessions and in your own time. This will help to strengthen the therapy and enhance the overall results. 

 

'Stop Smoking' hypnotherapy will be one session only and this will cost £90. 

 

Reiki sessions cost £30 for half an hour and £45 per hour.  Reiki sessions will initiate with a brief case history. You will be fully clothed with a blanket provided.
